The Women’s Executive Forum, organized through HDMA, is a network of female professionals brought together to discuss issues of common interest in the workplace. This new forum is intended to be an opportunity to share HDMA member company best practices related to leadership development, provide awareness of existing leadership development resources within the industry and explore greater diversity in HDMA programming. By engaging and developing women we will increase their contribution to the industry and to individual businesses.
The Women’s Executive Forum is open to any female executive whose company is a member of HDMA. To be added to the Women’s Executive Forum roster and receive ad hoc communications on upcoming events or resources, please send a request to ExecWomen@hdmanet.org.
HDMA Member Survey Results
In March of 2011, HDMA surveyed its members about leadership training, mentoring and development opportunities within their companies and asked what HDMA can do to support their existing efforts. The survey results showed a desire for additional resources for leadership development or training for female executives. Click here to view select results from the member survey.
