  • Please include a landing page URL (i.e., your company or product website) to accompany your advertisement.
  • File size limits include the image size and any associated script or code needed to deliver the ad (i.e., a 15K ad with associated code of 7K will be counted as 22K).
  • All ads must be submitted five business days prior to campaign start date.
  • At this time, only JPG, JPEG and GIF are accepted.


Artwork Submission Requirements and Terms

  • All ad content subject to HDMA approval.
  • All rates listed are net rates. You may run your ad in consecutive issues or spread them over several months.
  • It is the advertiser’s responsibility to contact HDMA directly to cancel or change an advertisement ten days prior to ad start date. HDMA cannot guarantee refunds or changes after this date.
  • Advertisers may be eligible for a refund if an error by HDMA prohibited successful publication of the advertisement. Refunds will not be issued for advertiser error, including if the ad is not to specifications. Advertisers are eligible for refunds within ten business days of ad start date.
